Easy Access to our 10 Peer Support Groups from North Wales, Cheshire, Wirral, and Liverpool.

If you are anxious about walking into a room full of new people, tell us in the e-mail and we’ll call you to talk you through it and we can meet you by the door.

If you have time come to the Wirral MIND building in the week and a member of staff can walk you around and give you a tour so you are comfortable with the surroundings.

  • You do not have to have a formal diagnosis of PTSD, Stress, or Trauma.
  • You will meet a friendly group of like-minded individuals.
  • No pressure to talk or go into any detail about the past, more a place to come and “be”.

Directions are on the map below – Birkenhead venue’s have ample on-street parking locally, a small fee of £1.00 per hour applies where applicable at Wirral MIND, The James Atherton New Brighton venue has 2 hours free on street parking.

The Wirral MIND building CH41-5DL & The James Atherton CH45 2JD are close to several bus routes and are accessible by train.
