Peer Support for Survivors by Survivors; Weekly Peer Support meetings; every Tuesday at St Lukes, Wallasey and Lark Lane Community Centre, Aigburth, Liverpool – 90 mins long starting at 6.00 p.m.

If your anxious about walking into a room full of new people, tell us in the e-mail and we can meet you by the door.

  • Do not have to have a formal diagnosis of PTSD, Stress or Trauma.
  • Friendly group of like-minded individuals.
  • No pressure to talk or go into any detail about the past, more a place to come and “be”.
  • “COVID SAFE” – separate entry and exit, chairs quarantined in between visits.
