PTSD Stress & Trauma Peer Support - Face to Face - Wirral & Liverpool

Peer Support for Survivors by Survivors; Weekly Peer Support meetings at Wirral MIND, Birkenhead.

Our timetable runs from Monday to Friday, you can access as many or as few as you like 🙂

Monday – ADHD Peer Support 3.00 – 4.00 p.m.

Wednesday – PTSD Online UK-wide 3.00 – 4.00 p.m

Thursday Day – Anxiety & Depression Peer Support 2.30 p.m. – 4.00 p.m.

Thursday Evening – PTSD Peer Support 6.00 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.

Friday Day – PTSD Peer Support 11.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.

Easy Access to the Groups from North Wales, Chester, Wirral, and Liverpool.

If you are anxious about walking into a room full of new people, tell us in the e-mail and we’ll call you to talk you through it and we can meet you by the door.

If you have time come to the Wirral MIND building in the week and we can walk you around and give you a tour so you are comfortable with the surroundings.

  • Do not have to have a formal diagnosis of PTSD, Stress, or Trauma.
  • A friendly group of like-minded individuals.
  • No pressure to talk or go into any detail about the past, more a place to come and “be”.

Directions are on the map below – The venue has local on-street parking in well-lit areas, with ample parking available in the Wirral MIND car park, behind the Advertising Boards at the top of Market Street.

The Wirral MIND building is close to several bus routes, We are a five-minute walk from Hamilton Square Station, for up to date times please see;
