Resilience

Def: Psychologists define resilience as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress—such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems, or workplace and financial stressors.

One thing I wasn’t aware of that was developed within myself until I reflected upon it was my resilience. It’s something that, like anything, you only think about after the event, while you’re in the thick of something unravelling in your life, you don’t stop to question what it is that is pulling you through it.

One resource I found that helped me build on my resilience is Youtube, every morning I watch a series of video’s, they get me into the headspace I needed to get into to fight through another day, here are my favourite’s, tell me what your’s are:
