Sole Survivor’s 1-2-1 Active Listening Session, delivered either face to face, via mobile or online.
We’ve developed a new Active Listening service for those with PTSD, Stress and Trauma. We are trained to listen, Non judgementally, to you.
What is it you want? And how are you going to get it?
The answers may not be obvious to you right now, you just know it’s time for a change, to start working through the gears, turning those ideas into actions. Whatever it is and whatever your goals are we can apply laser focus to them.
Rewind Therapy (RT) has become internationally recognised as indispensable to treating PTSD.
The Rewind is different from other imaginal exposure therapies because no details are disclosed to the therapist Hence the treatment is known as “closure without disclosure”.
Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) was developed out of these models following the observation of a number of neurological phenomena that occur during eye movements at the point that the problematic imagery changed its emotional coding.
IEMT addresses and resolves the question, “how did this person learn to feel the way they feel about the things that they feel bad about?”
